Managing Director and Owner of DIALAGUARD – Murat Ozbek is an award winning security officer and has over 20 Years front line security experience obtained through working in such venues as Australian Stock Exchange, State Transit Authority, Westfield Security and Covert Loss Prevention for JB HI Fi and many more Big name Retail and Commercial Outlets. Murat and the whole team are highly focused on customer service. CUSTOMER SERICE IS EVERYTHING. The team is highly trained, have excellent customer service skills, professionalism and are ready to service our customers at any time.

I have travelled throughout Australia and New Zealand as Covert Loss Prevention Operative. I have apprehended more than 3000 people in my journey and working closely with local undercover police in each state.
